It’s important that you keep your organization’s details up-to-date in Dime Giving. To update and maintain your organization's information, click on "Settings" and then "Organization".

It’s vital that you fill out these fields correctly, especially the Tax ID number.  We’ll share with you some tips to help you understand what each field means.

Organization Details

Name, your organization’s exact address, phone number, email address, and Tax ID

Starting Donation Number

All your donation numbering will start from the number you enter here.

Web Address

This is the unique web address used to login to Dime Giving. This is also the same link that donors use to give online. Changing your URL is possible but existing bookmarks and links may still point to the old URL.
